Shipping & Returns
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. If you are unable to locate your package, please email us at email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS REGARDING RETURNS :
MODERN MONK only accepts returns on domestic orders within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit. Product returned within 30 days is eligible for an exchange. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to fill out an authorized return form.
Product must be returned in like new condition, unopened, with all original packaging in tact.
- A partial refund may be issued if the item is not in it's original condition, is opened and/or used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our control.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Be sure to obtain a tracking number when shipping a return. Modern Monk is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Any items noted as Final Sale cannot be returned. If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount that was paid at the time of purchase. Modern Monk will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned.
